Collision Service Center

I’ve worked with this Collision Service Center in the past and have had amazing results compared to other shops in the same vicinity. The customer service was impeccable and the quality was top notch. I’m not sure who their painter is, but he’s got some hands on em for sure! Highly recommend for any Autobody, Dent, Or Collision repairs.

Had a great experience with Collision Service Center in Schaumburg. The team was professional, easy to work with, and kept me updated throughout the process. The repairs were done well and everything looked great when I got my car back. Would definitely recommend them if you need body work done.

I had a great experience with Collision Service Center after my recent car accident. From start to finish, the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the repair process and timeline. Nancy in particular was incredibly helpful—she was responsive, patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered. They kept me updated along the way, which really helped ease the stress of the situation. I also appreciated how transparent they were about costs and insurance coordination—there were no surprises. When I got my car back, it looked as good as new. The quality of the repairs was excellent, and everything was completed within the timeframe they originally provided. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repairs. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I ever need their services again.

Ernie, Nancy & Amanda are awesome. They communicate the whole process and keep you updated. They deal with insurance for all aspects. Most importantly the car looks great. That was important to me, as it was new. I would recommend CSC to everyone.

Despite “the end of the world” pandemic going on, I felt safe using SCS because of all the extra sanitizing procedures they use to thoroughly clean my car and disinfect it. The body work is flawless. The paint looks completely original. It’s was very damaged, I am sure they had to cut off a good portion of the quarter panel. Looks like the day I got it. Aurora, who works in the office, was sharp as a tack and doesn’t waste time getting you all the information you need as quickly and pleasantly as possible. She is ready to go the extra mile to help you. The owner was very nice and aptly proud of the work they did. I would definitely recommend Ernie and his crew to fix all your cars body needs.
